Description
We will pick you up from your cottage and transfer by mini bus about 15 minutes to the reindeer farm, where warm winter clothing is available (thermal overalls, gloves, socks, winter boots). After the instructions given by the reindeer herder you will go for the exciting trip to the snowy forest 2 persons sharing a sledge. You will be seated warmly on the reindeer hides and will be covered with blankets.
It’s nice to feel at one with the journeyman of old and take pleasure in peace and quiet of nature, broken by snap of hooves and murmur of the sledge in the snow. Afterwards you may thank reindeer by giving them some lichen. Coffee/tea with a bun will be served inside with stories of reindeer and Sami. As a souvenir you will receive an international reindeer driving license. Transfer back to your cottage.
